Description:
The "Invisible Rays" are from Ogden, Utah and formed in December 2003.
The original line-up consisted of: Mike Waters(Drums,Vox) Heidi Belka(Keyboards,Vox) and Bill Cruea(Bass,Effects).
The band's musical inspiration came from B-movies, comic books, cheap women,whiskey,and the science channel. This led to their signature sound known as "Mutant Rock." They made their first recording in the spring of 2004 on Mike's 4-track. This 6-song e.p. was entitled "Black Hole Dynamo." Soon after the band took the music to the people and slowly began to amass "mutants "all over Northern Utah.
In February 2005 the band went into the studio to record their first full-length c.d. The self titled c.d. was received pretty-damn good selling out its first run in just acouple of months. Against the approval of many die-hard fans the band decided in May of 2005 that it was time for a change.
So enter Jawsh Belka. The "drummer extraordinaire" who helped to fill in the missing piece letting Mike slide over to the guitar. The band, feeling refreshed and complete, began playing more clubs and parties than ever before,so go check em out bitches!!!!
