Description:
Allred is a Utah-based emotional-indie-rock four peice whose sing-a-long tunes and energy-packed live act have electrified concert-goers up and down the West Coast for the past two years. Contagious guitar riffs, ear-catching harmonies and booming bass lines bring to life a unique brand of songwriting characterized by infectious melodies and poetic lyrics. A unique camaraderie existing among band members and their devoted fanbase has made them a local favorite in Utah.
In a relatively short time, Allred has performed in packed clubs, and universities all along the West Coast. On the way, Allred has supported several indie/major-label acts, including Kris Roe (of The Ataris), Waking Ashland (Immortal Records), Spitalfield (Victory Records), Cute is what We Aim for (Fueled by Ramen), This Providence(Fueled By Ramen), My American Heart (Equal Vision) and Tyler Hilton(Maverick Records)
The bands independently released debut album, "Some Place New, has currently sold over 1200 copies in its first year, and their acoustic EP, "Self-titled has also pushed over 1000 units since last July. Both releases effectively capturing the acoustic based songwriting and intelligent, heartfelt lyrics that have made many of the tunes crowd favorites at every show.
Now with a new studio album "One Step Away". They have effectively captured both the bands current sound, and a rapidly developing level of musicianship and maturity.
